• for this style: elaine is a true 38, wears a 38 in golden goose, 38.5 in marion parke. she wears a 38 in the health style. 
• initially, the fit may feel too tight, as though the strap is pushing your foot out of the sandal - this is normal! after several wears, the straps will begin to soften and the footbed will mold to your feet. 
• the leather sole is slick at first, but is meant to be scuffed.
